Product Quality Assurance
We are proud to assure the Quality of everything we sell. If you encounter any product quality issues, manufacturing defects, or a mistake on our part, please contact us. We will If you do not fully agree or understand the following information, please contact us before purchasing.
The following conditions are NOT applicable for any return, refund, and exchange policy:
• Change of mind
• Unsatisfactory and/or unsuitability of using the products / services
• Products that has been scratched, washed, used, and/or altered
• Products that require special delivery
• Products that have been opened or have a broken seal
We will only process an exchange for the below conditions:
• The products / services does not match the product picture / description on the website
• The products received is the wrong variant ordered (e.g.: colour, size, etc.)
• The products is faulty / damage / defective
Exchange must be made within 10 days from date of purchase. If 10 days have elapsed since the date of purchase, we will not be able to provide you with an exchange. Product evaluation is required for exchange.
To return the product, you should mail the product to:

You must be returned together with their original box. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are not refundable.Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchange item to arrive at you may vary. You should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing transportation insurance. We do not guarantee that you will receive your returned items.
Kindly inform Customer Service before returning the item otherwise the request will not be processed.
